Since 2000, Maria has undertaken the governmental vocational training program for people with disabilities. The program aims to cultivate and improve work attitude and skills of people with disabilities. The focus is mostly on cleaning training, and after the training, the person can be transitioned into the competitive job market.
People with disabilities with a Disability Card that are between 15 to 65 years of age, who express desire to work after assessment, but are unable to due to lost of job, unemployment, the need to strengthen job skills, or the need to equip a second set of skills.

3. We train and counsel proper work attitudes
4. We offer internship on the job and counseling on job adaptation
5. We match and refer relevant resources, such as job accommodation, job rehabilitation assessment, job consultation, application for employment life subsidies.. etc.
6. We offer assistance in securing employment after the training
7. We offer referrals for competitive job opportunities, job matches, job placements, securing job counseling, referrals for relevant resources, and follow-up counseling.
