Taichung City Li-Tou-Dian Women's Welfare Center aims to achieve the following goals:
1. Protect women’s rights, promote gender equality
2. Alleviate pressure from women’s expected role in sociality, promote women’s holistic development
3. Provide multifaceted information, promote self-growth
4. Show care to disadvantaged women, strengthen their support networks.

1. Women who are registered and/or reside in Taichung City
2. Women from disadvantage families who are registered and/or reside in Central District, West District, South District, Nantun District, Wuri District, Dadu District are of priority
3. Professionals who work in women’s welfare services
- Description
1. Case management services: Our social work team offers emotional support, resource connections, skills development, and social support network establishment.
2. Egal consultation services: We regularly invite professional lawyers, offering face-to-face discussion on critical legal issues.
3. Mental health consultation services: We have a professional counselor who will offer ways to clarify problems and regain positivity and optimism in life
4. Welfare consultation services: Our social work team offers assistance in gaining appropriate welfare information
5. We assist women in self-exploration and relieving stress in our growth groups. The Center also outreaches into the community, promoting women welfare and rights to increase women’s self-awareness and wellbeing.
